1. Toilet fit check

Got a standard two-piece toilet with tank? Congrats – in 99% of cases our bidet attachment fits perfectly. For other models (e.g. design or compact toilets), we recommend measuring the 4 listed points to be sure.

2. Hose length (cold water)
Measure the distance from your toilet to the water connection. The included cold-water hose is 100 cm long. For longer distances, you’ll find a 200 cm hose in our shop – both lengths can also be connected with a coupling piece.

3. Control panel
The control panel is mounted on the right-hand side by default and cannot be switched to the left. Please check if this setup works for your bathroom layout.

You can choose whether to connect the water supply via a nearby sink or directly via the cistern of your toilet. This makes installation flexible and adaptable to most bathroom layouts.

No, the bidet attachment works without electricity. It is environmentally friendly and easy for anyone to install.

Don't worry - all the necessary adapters for installation are included in the delivery.The water hose of the bidet attachment has a 9/16 inch dimension, which is different from the standard dimensions used in Europe. Therefore, extensions cannot be purchased in regular hardware stores. The package includes a 100 cm long water hose and adapters to 3/8 inch dimensions.In addition, we offer a 200 cm long hose in our shop if a longer length is required.

Yes, you can connect two hoses together. In our shop we offer a stainless steel connector that allows you to connect the supplied 100 cm hose with the optionally available 200 cm extension hose. This allows you to extend the total length of your Bidetlity Spa hose up to 300 cm.

The control panel of the bidet attachment is mounted on the right side as standard. You can purchase a hose extension in our shop. This allows you to use the bidet even if the nearest sink is on the other side.

Installing the bidet attachment is easy. You connect it to the water supply of your toilet with the included adapter. The included hose connects the adapter to the bidet. It is pressure-based and does not require a power connection. Simply turn the button and the water starts flowing!

No, wet wipes are not the same as a bidet. In the long term, wet wipes can cause skin irritation, cracking, and even HPV-related conditions such as anal warts. In addition, wet wipes are harmful to both the environment and the sewage system. A bidet, on the other hand, is a gentle and environmentally friendly alternative.

Your bidet attachment is connected directly to the fresh water supply with a hose. This means that the water is just as pure and safe as that from your sink or shower.

Yes, the Bidet Attachment comes with an integrated backflow preventer that stops water from flowing back into the drinking water supply. Note: Our backflow preventer does not meet the strict DIN EN 1717 standard (Category 5).

Then things get tight - literally. Our T-adapter only works with flexible connection hoses, like the ones you’ll find on sinks or toilets (those bendy, metal-braided ones). If your setup has a rigid metal pipe, you'll need to replace it. No worries: a suitable flexible hose usually costs just a few euros.
