Application
Use as a rinse after each toilet visit. Mix 1/2 teaspoon of Sitzbad with one filling of Bidetlity (about 450ml) cool to mildly warm water (for use without Bidetlity, mix 1 teaspoon of Sitzbad in 1 liter of water).
Once seated on the toilet, slowly pour the rinse starting at the pubic hair line so that it flows over the perineum. You can avoid or alleviate burning during urination by rinsing, as the urethra is also irritated from the birth process. The rinse serves not only for hygiene but also to remove small blood clots (clumped, coagulated blood) or dried lochia from the pubic hair that may have dried overnight.
