The Natural Squatting Position: Why Your Bowel Will Love the Bidetlity Toilet Stool
In a hurry?
The Bidetlity toilet stool supports your natural squatting position and brings you into a squat, so you don't have to strain as much. With its sustainable bamboo design, it fits seamlessly into any bathroom.
The Natural Squat Position on the Toilet
Ever wondered why the natural squat position on the toilet is so much healthier? Your body knows how to squat. Your toilet just doesn't know it. In this post, you'll find out why the Bidetlity toilet stool can revolutionize not just your bathroom, but your gut health too.
Squatting While Pooping: Why It Helps
Nature optimized our bodies for squatting. In this position, the bowel relaxes, emptying becomes easier, and the strain on your organs and pelvic floor is minimized. The Western toilet makes us sit instead of squat. And if that means a lot of straining, your butt isn't getting any favors.
The Science Behind the Natural Squat
Toilet Stool: The Benefits at a Glance
- Natural gut health: Say goodbye to unnecessary straining and the discomfort that comes with it. The stool helps you take the pressure off your body in the natural squat position.
- Less straining: Exactly what's recommended anyway if you're prone to constipation or hemorrhoids. If symptoms persist, see your doctor.
- Relief for the pelvic floor: After giving birth, many people find the squat position a relief, because it means less straining.
Sustainable: Bamboo Instead of Plastic
The toilet stool has an eco-friendly design. The bamboo used is durable, stylish and sustainable – perfect for a modern bathroom that values both function and environmental awareness.

Frequently asked questions
Why is the squatting position better for bowel movements?
Because the rectum is more sharply kinked when you're sitting. In a squat, the path straightens out, and you have to push less.
How do I use a toilet stool?
Put it in front of the toilet, sit down as usual, feet on top. That's the entire instruction manual.
What does a toilet stool actually do?
It brings you into a squatting position without having to balance on the toilet seat. Less pushing is the whole point. If you see blood in your stool or have persistent symptoms, a stool won't help – a doctor will.
What is the Bidetlity toilet stool made of?
Bamboo. It lasts a long time and doesn't look like rehab equipment.
